No You're Not Crazy: Emotions Are Real

Finally, some good news: emotions are real.

We're not crazy.

Emotions - feelings that seem to have no physical origin, but can be so strong, they can drive tears into your eyes, feel as though you have punched in the stomach, bring a grown man to his knees, feel as though a burden is pressing down on your head, or shoulders! - are absolutely real, they are not an imagination.

According to Dr Hartmann, all emotions are feedback to the conditions in the energy body.

Extreme emotions come about when there are extreme conditions in the energy body.

For example, if someone feels as though "their heart was breaking" something is happening in the human energy body that is directly causing the sensation that we call a feeling, or an emotion.

Likewise, we experience positive emotions,including the fantastic emotions of falling in love, for example, when good or beneficial movements in the energy system occur.

This puts the cause and effect back into emotions and the experience of emotions.

As emotions come from the energy body, the energy body has to have been touched by energy in order to be changed, for the better or the worse.

Either way, it is only further energy work that can and will alleviate emotional problems.

Talking about emotions is a hit and miss approach where sometimes by sheer accident something happens that also influences the energy body. This is why talking therapies can go on and on and on for many years and have such hit and miss results, which are also extremely dependent on how "intuitive" any therapist may be in bringing about these energy body changes for their clients behind the scenes whilst talk happens over the top.

There is a lot of theory surrounding this but here let's just focus on the good news:

No, we're not crazy when we experience emotions and feelings.

There is a good reason for these feelings.

The reason is a movement of energy in the energy body.

The energy body to tries to draw our attention to a problem that exists at that level, exactly in the same way as the pain in your foot tells you specifically you have stepped onto a shard of glass.

When, instead of talking about emotions, or trying to ignore the pain, we focus our attention on the physical location where this pain is happening in the body, we immediately have a place to start healing this pain.

This is done by simple energy healing; and it is a truly remarkable experience when we find out that by simply laying our hands on the place where it hurts, breathing deeply and concentrating on improving energy flow in that place (or erea, as we call it) we achieve more relief than by talking for hours.

The technique we use is called EmoTrance, it is very simple to learn and works wonderfully well.

For now, let me just say that whatever the emotions you feel, and no matter how disturbing they feel, or what disturbing thoughts they produce as an after-effect, please know that you are not mad or crazy or insane.

There is a real, practical reason for your feelings. At some point, something really did happen and this caused a change in your energy body which remains to be healed.

When we start right there, and really understand that people aren't crazy, they just have disturbances in their energy system which causes uncontrollable emotions (like a toothache causes uncontrollable physical pain!) then we can target our time and attention correctly, and start a process of healing that really does have a chance to succeed, and in doing so, will practically transform our lives for the better.
