A Healthy Energy Body = Healthy Emotions!

In order to be emotionally healthy, we first need a good definition of what emotions are so we can work with something.

Like, everyone tells everyone "to love yourself" but neglects to tell how to do that in practice, or what love even is!

So based on this, in order to be emotionally healthy, there are two major ways forward towards emotional health and fitness.

The first is to heal energetic injuries in the energy system.

These emotional injuries, real injuries in your energy body, come about because of certain events in your life (see also Events Psychology) and because nobody understood how the energy body works, were never properly healed, or healed at all.

Such old injuries then remain in the energy system, causing constant emotional pain that can flare up when that injury is "touched" by something in the environment (like a look, or a comment, or something that reminds us of the event that caused the problem, much as a soldier will flinch when he hears a gun shot after such an injury has occurred).

As these injuries are not located in the physical body, but in the energy body, it is there that they need to be healed, using energy healing approaches. For more details on how that is done, please see EmoTrance.

The second important aspect of having healthy emotions is what we call Energy Nutrition.

This is to become aware of the flow of energy forms - from people, plants, the environment, animals, the weather, objects etc. - in, through and out of your energy body, and how that makes you feel in return.

Once we understand how our energy body works and processes incoming energy forms, we can deliberately draw positive and beneficial energies into our energy body which leads directly to feeling happier, stronger, more energized, more satisfied.

This is particularly relevant in addictions and weight loss, of course, where people misinterpret the signals from the energy body to mean that material substances are required.

Once we understand how the energy body and our emotions work, we have access to many new and wonderfully powerful ways in which we can make ourselves feel better, and come away with a strong and fully energized energy body which then in turn is very resilient to all manner of events, which otherwise could have caused much emotional suffering and even leading into physical illness and breakdown.
